1.  How soon after weddings are our photos delivered?

- All Photos are delivered within 14days. A sneak preview of images may be sent to your phone within 24 hours.

2.  How do you prefer to communicate?

- I prefer to keep in touch primarily by phone call via our tollfree # 1-800-810-1461 as its faster and easier to offer better clarity to your inquiry. Email, text or via whatsapp messenger, instagram or facebook works as well.

3.  How many photos will i receive?

- Unless noted for your selected photoshoot package, you typically receive all images.

4.  How do i book your photography services?

- After clarifying your specific photography date/time/location request with us, you can secure our wedding photography services by paying a 50% non refundable deposit via our website's payment page. We get notified immediately when payment is sent and typically call you back to confirm that we receive payment.

5.  What forms of payment do you accept?

- We accept via our website any debit or credit cards, zelle, paypal and afterpay.

6.  How do you edit photos?

- We typically process all images in photoshop with our signature business photography preset before delivery to your email. For basic shoots, specific edits such as teeth whitening, blemish removal and skin retouching, body shaping are done upon request of the client for an additional fee.

7.  Does my resort charges a vendor fee? 

- They may or may not. Please check with your resort to clarify. Usually our customers either add us to a room or book an entire room for our photographers in order to avoid ridiculous resort vendor fees.

8.  What do you charge for travel?  

- We charge direct travel expenses like gas, food, airfare, accommodations etc. Every location is different and travel expenses can vary, so please contact us for more details.

9.  Do you offer rescheduling for wedding photography dates?

- Yes

10.  Will our photos showup on your website or business social media?

- As a wedding photography business its very important for us to show consistent body of work in order to attract new clients and remain competitive in the marketplace. However if you rather not have your image on our website or social media, then feel free to let us know and we will respect your decision.

11.  Do you work with a second shooter?

- Yes we do, especially for our premium wedding packages.

​

12.  Do you have backup equipment?

- Yes we do!!! We own many professional cameras, plenty lighting equipment and too many lenses lol.

13.  How far in advance can i book your photography services?

- Some of our clients book as far as 2 years in advance so as to secure the photographer they desire for their wedding day. Most couples book my photography service 3-15 months in advance.

14.  Can i send you photo inspirational ideas from pinterest that i may have for my photoshoot?

- Yes definately. We are all about pleasing my clients.

15.  What happens if my initial photographer get sick or injured?

- We have a reliable team of professional photographers & videographers thats very flexible, who understands the brand and vision. So as to ensure that your wedding or photoshoot will be secure.

16.  Do you offer wedding videography as well?

- Yes we typically offer videography as an addition for our premium wedding photography packages.

17.  Can you shoot in rain or bad weather?

- Sure!!! Our cameras are weather sealed and we have the magic lenses and professionalism against any rain or bad weather.

18.  Where in Jamaica is your photography business located? 

- Our main office is in Montego Bay and our service covers the entire island of Jamaica. Overseas weddings are also an option.

21.  Do you offer refunds?

- No!!! Due to the nature of daily inquiries, there are usually a constant demand for certain dates or times so a deposit is to secure your spot us. If you forfeit your photoshoot with us you can have a credit. Credits are valid for 2 years and are transferrable from person to person.
