Cancellation Policy

Jamaica Wedding Pictures LLC's Cancellation Policy: No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled photoshoot, your booking amount will be converted to a credit, valid for 1 year, enabling you to reschedule a future wedding visual package. Rebooking Fee: A $100 rebooking fee applies for rescheduling, except in cases of severe weather conditions that may drastically affect the wedding. Credit Policy: If you need to reschedule, your booking amount will be credited towards a future photoshoot within 1 year. Note: Severe weather conditions are the only exception to the rebooking fee. This policy is subject to change without notice. By booking with Jamaica Wedding Pictures LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation policy. Miscellaneous: - By booking a photoshoot with Jamaica Wedding Pictures LLC, you grant us the right to use any images or videos from the photoshoot for commercial purposes, including marketing and advertising. - We reserve the right to edit and retouch images or videos as needed. - You agree to release and hold harmless Jamaica Wedding Pictures LLC and its owners, operators, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from the photoshoot or use of images or videos.
